The sources you introduced show your experience and tact in siting selection of the wind farm. But I have a general familiarity with Arc GIS and now I need GIS educational books about solving the problem of choosing the optimal location of a wind power plant (especially offshore) using Arc GIS Desktop, which uses AHP, Fuzzy and TOPSIS methods.
Amir Ghahremanlou If you already have general GIS skills, and the available tutorials are not specific enough, you are past the 'training book' stage. Anybody producing training materials usually maximizes the ROI of the effort to the widest audience possible. And considering the vast variety of wind turbine technologies, topography, weather and climate conditions, grid proximity, etc. and especially analytical methods across the entire globe, the 'steps' in a 'step by step' would always vary from situation to situation.
Which then entails a literature review, then the accompanying analysis and synthesis of relevant published journal articles ( especially the 'Methods' sections ) according to the requirements of your needs: Typing "wind farm site selection TOPSIS" into Google Scholar ( https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C48&q=wind+farm+site+selection+TOPSIS&btnG= ) gives 14,000+ results. If you have a specific spatial area of interest, add that to your search terms. If you follow the citation trees, you may also find university class materials that have very detailed tutorials used by those graduate programs.
