Do you know the results of the stationary problem of a one-dimensional bipolar hydrodynamic model of semiconductors with "SRH term" and large doping profile?
Your new SRH terms mean that the total mass is not preserved at stationary-state (fluxes aren't constants). Apart from the mathematical difficulty, does this feature make sense from a physical point of view ?

For example, when a hole and electron are recombinated, they become neither hole nor electron. Therefore, the mass of electron and hole in the whole system decreases. On the other hand, when an electron goes out of a hole, a electron and a hole generate.
