I am conducting a strategic literature review to answer the following research question:
What do we know about the impact of leadership on the promotion of employee well-being in remote work conditions?
I have currently included 28 papers in my search. The papers should cover all of three fields employee well-being, leadership and remote work conditions and should have been published within the past 5 years.
If anyone has a suggestion for a paper that matches the topic, I am happy to hear it!

Mahfuz Judeh thank you for this. This article was actually among those that I reviewed, but I excluded it because it does not bring any insight on remote work conditions. Although I did find the article quite appealing and marked it as a good example on how to approach a review.
