My pleasure. I think I am doing it for myself too. This database can be very helpful.
The information about journals that meet the inclusion criteria (indexed in PubMed, Impact Factor, and no publication fees) are listed here: http://www.conem.org/links/resources-authors/oaj-selected/
I update this list regularly as I become aware of relevant journals missing in the list.
I agree with Tobias and others. As much as we use these criteria for assessment of various journals, we must know that the challenge of researching (spending your personal earning where you can't access support) and publishing same with high cost is challenging. Please keep furnishing us with journal sites that are free for publication. thanks all.
There is also what is called Delayed Open Access Journals. These "are traditional subscription-based journals that provide free online access upon the expiry of an embargo period following the initial publication date (with the embargo length varying from a few months to two or more years). A journal subscription or an individual article purchase fee would be required to access the materials before this embargo period ends." For a list see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Delayed_open_access_journals

I get spammed every day with invitations from open access journals. For ordinary authors, it is nearly impossible to know which of the open access journals are serious. Therefore, to be safe, I recommend the following:
1. Control that the journal is indexed i the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ): https://doaj.org
2. Also search for the journal in the NLM Catalog (U.S. National Library of Medicine): https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nlmcatalog/journals
If the journal not is indexed in any of these databases I recommend to avoid to send your article to the journal.
You are welcome to help me to update this list of open access journals indexed in PubMed with Impact Factor, and no publication fees: http://www.conem.org/links/resources-authors/oaj-selected/
