We would like to make a single nanotube devices, however we lack the capability to generate electrical contacts to single carbon nanotubes. Our substrates will be essentially semiconductor thin membranes fabricated on TEM windows for TEM studies.  Since the tubes will already be localized on substrates on membranes, we believe the only useful method with sufficient resolution would be something like a Pd ion beam (to generate metallic leads) or ion beam CVD cracking system ( to deposit metal from an organometallic precursor).  If you know of  a lab with such a high resolution post deposition metallization system, please do let me know, thanks, Mike
