Hi Poya! You may consider PhD opportunities in the public universities of Hong Kong. Usually PhD students will be fully funded.
Hi Poya, exactly Hong Kong is the best choice for you. I also recommend public university in Mainland China to you, but maybe you have to learn Mandarin. And the cost of living is affordable, scholarship is fully provided. For me, after I graduate, I tend to continue my PhD study in HK or Macau but the scholarship is hard to apply in comparison with Mainland China.
