Maybe you can get this course from coursera. They recommend to have some programming experience in any language. You can get a certificate if you pay for it, other way you can do it for free.
Thanks so much. I do respect your openion about the certificate, but I'm asking about it because some jobs asked experience in R I just worried about that.
