Do you know about an experimental database of shear critical reinforced concrete "frames" under monotonic or cyclic loadings?

I am trying to validate a new frame element developed to predict axial-flexure-shear interaction of reinforced concrete frames. I would be grateful if you can suggest any publications which contains "RC frames" for the validation.
