Please guide me.
I synthesized Iron (Fe3O4) nanoparticles which have magnetic properties and got a sharp peak Uv Vis Spectrophotometer (SRP) 193nm. But in the literature, I could not find any related document stating closer range. How to confirm the iron particles from Uv Visible Spectrophotometer.

Plasmon resonance in iron nanoparticles is expressed rather weakly, as in nickel and cobalt metals. Therefore, the bands in the imaginary spectrum are not visible. However, instead of iron, you wrote the formula for iron oxide. During synthesis, molecules of the extract with benzene rings were adsorbed on nanoparticles. The sharp peak at 193 nm is the absorption peak of benzene molecules. You can't prove the chemical formula of your nanoparticles UV Vis Spectrophotometer XRD diffraction pattern must be taken.

Dear Professor Yuri Mirgorod,
I used distilled water as the solution and did not use benzene.
Precursor salt was FeSO4 and plant extract used for biosynthesis.
Some say I have to use sonication bath to homogenize the iron NP and some say to use DMSO as solution to dissolve synthesized@ NP.
Please advise me.

The plant extract contains molecules with benzene rings: phenols, rutin...
You need to prove that you got particles with a nano size. Prove by DLS, XRD, SEM or others without dispersion yet. If there are large, then disperse. You do not need to work with DMSO if you will use them in biology.
