In order to make accurate analysis of that data, it is suggested to look at the smaller scale data, such as city level or state level.

I think it would be more prudent to develop and understand the micro-fundamentals (from the city/state) of Covid-19 as it relates to older immigrants and asylum seekers before we draw any macro-conclusions from an international perspective.
