Dear Felix,

I encountered somehow similar question, but concerning only three strains, so we just inoculated one strain to each other to close vicinity and observed their interactions (you might be interested in seeing pictures in attached paper). But processing larger numbers of strains might require more sophisticated approach – I´m going to follow this question and learn if someone has experiences with such assay.
