I would like to ask you a question concerning meanwhile / temporary uses for vacant buildings (or areas) reactivation and their application in respect to the regulatory framework.

What is important to me, as an architect, is to analyze if and how the project of architecture (with all its implications such as process activation, governance, authorizations, involved subjects etc.) could help to extract a system of rules (such as guidelines) that structurally derives from experimentation and to which conform the regulatory framework.

Moreover, it would be interesting to analyze how these temporary experiences are related to the long-term revitalization projects they are activating.

Bottom-up initiatives / private-public partnerships / institutional or self-managed project are all good example to me. Thank you!
