Hi everyone, I am trying to do some experiments with HS578BST cell line (normal breast cell line) but I have big problems on growing them. I am using DMEM (with 10% FBS) and EGFR supplied every time a change medium. In some papers are using DMEM and some other RPMI. I tried to increase amount of FBS, to keep FBS in 57° for 30 min before adding to the medium but no success until now. Do you have any suggestion about, based on your possible experience?

The base medium for this cell line is Hybri-Care Medium (ATCC,Manassas, VA, USA), supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS) and 30 ng/ml mouse epidermal growth factor (EGF) .

Saleh Alkarim thank you for your answer. As in many papers they are growing this cells in RPMI or DMEM I thought it would be doable for me too. But is not working so far.
