It is not that simple to find publications on Su-Field use. Most of the projects have been with industrial companies and they ususally do not allow publishing on projects.

I've some experience in cost reduction in product design and process improvement for automotive industry.

My piece of advise about Su-field analysis that the application in real process might become complicated regards to the components and fields identification from macro level processes to micro level.

to improve the flow of processes, I recommend TRIZ's 'flow analysis' and 'process-trimming analysis'
