Didactic material has not be produced for the web based training. Communication with students is based on novel principles. Web based training is not easy. But, the abrupt turning of the teaching process into the model of web based training is really challenging.

It primarily depends on the Experts who has to evaluate the suitability of manuscript. If Reviewer sends the comments immediately then I do not think delay in publication. Our papers during Coronavirus lock down were published within a month.

I agree with Quratulain Shaikh there is an overall delay in the entire process. Esp finding good reviewers is getting harder than before. I have submitted/resubmitted manuscripts 64 times over the past 6 months. Approximately 15 have been accepted. This is a very low acceptance rate. As highlighted above many journals are simply rejecting without giving a reason.
