Teach is beyond to pass on content! the relationship with persons is more inclusive than just online informations, something like the theory of Henri Wallon. The teacher is the master figure to personal life of students and your development
Inclusiveness in online environments takes a lot of planning. One important aspect of the latter is to accommodate for the students' diverse cultural backgrounds to avoid any in-sensitivities that may cause them to drop out. See the attached in this regards.
Many thanks,

In order to clarify my question, I´d like to know teacher´s opinion/research about what make an online environment more inclusive. It can be related to:
cultural respect and recognizion;
communication;
level of participation;
diversification of resources;
teacher methodology;
evaluation process;
sense of belonging;
...
This, like Debra said, can contribute to understand and help to prevent drop out, that´s way I want to build knowledge about different teaching and learning practices. Can you help me?
Using Online learning environment or platform is part and parcel of my "teaching" repertoire. It helps both me as the facilitator and the students in their pursuit of knowledge.
