I believe not. I have worked in the past with PDMS, PIB, PBD and PI rubbers. PIB was the tackiest but I don't think it correlates to its viscosity. Tackiness is more related to the work of adhesion between your material and other surfaces (interface property) while viscosity is a measure of the internal resistance to flow (bulk property).
Is that reduced viscosity in mL/g? I did not know that you were looking at solutions of the same polymer. If that is the case, it makes sense that you find correlation between the two.
