Sometimes there is a strange thing attracted us to some people but keep us away from another. So do you agree that birth horoscopes can influence people's characteristics? and how?
For some people a horoscope can be like a self-fulfilling prophesy. They read their horoscope, believe what it says about their character traits, and then they act in a way that ensures such traits are manifested. So in that sense their horoscope influenced their characteristics. But that has nothing to do with the stars. If they had never read their horoscope their behavior might've been quite different.

Yes, these are self-fulfilling predictions. The question, indeed, is what comes first - sympathy between people, or the horoscope that "justifies" this sympathy.
In horoscopes, by the way, you will never see harsh predictions. For example, the last one I saw (couple of mounths ago) predicted me problems at work place. This horoscope, among other things, required me to interpret the word "work". When adapting to my situation, it cannot but come true. Problems come from time to time, it is obvious that if I wanted to, I could expect these, including during the predicted period. In my opinion, even meteorologists predict more accurately. Now, for example, in my region, “the weathers are standing predicted” (quote from the Strugatsky’s book “Monday starts on Saturday”). No need to be a genius to predict sub-zero temperatures and snow in the Urals in early November. My grandmother, without weather maps, Doppler radars and computers, predicted the weather for tomorrow no less accurately.
Also, to create horoscopes, they just need to know people and their ability to interpret events in accordance with their expectations.

Certainly the towers affect the characteristics of people
And you may find that it also affects your relationships with people in your surroundings sometimes you are in your first meeting with someone and you find yourself that you feel comfortable to that person or when you’re talking for the first time with some people find your self that you’re feel comfortable with these people and they understand you quickly and you are happy to be with them either in return There are people no matter how good or whatever they are, and how matter they’re tried to be close to the surroundings of your friends and people close to you,you will find yourself that you can not understand with them or There are a lot of bickering between you or find that the time is too long when you talk to them even if they were the best people even if there are many People wish to be near them but you can't. If you ask people close to you, you will find that all those close to you .horoscopes of them matches to your horoscope.And people that you cannot accept their horoscope doesn’t match with your horoscope. Horoscopes play a major role in our lives, but sometimes we don't care. When you understand the qualities of the towers you can understand the people around you and you can know the positive and negative characteristics of everyone around you.

I do believe in horoscope, the zodiac signs, etc., People who share the same zodiac, I have observed, share the similar character traits and lifestyle. I know rational thinkers, researchers do not believe in it. But, we need to understand the Science behind this, is what I modestly feel.

There are different horoscopes in different cultures. The character of a person really depends on the character under which he or she is born, but basic are genes, upbringing, environment, training, etc.
The paradox is that according to some horoscopes, some people like each other and according to another horoscope, no.

first of all i do not believe that the positions of distant stars can have any direct influence on individuals on this orb.
however.
we know that we don't know very much. only recently have we been able to confirm gravity waves. then there are numerous other types of forces, waves, particles, that course through the universe and through us, as we are constantly rotating on our axis as we revolve around the sun which - with its entire system - is moving as well.
we also know - and now can see (https://earth.nullschool.net/#current/wind/isobaric/250hPa/orthographic=-81.85,20.32,263/loc=-160.502,42.537) the winds that blow constantly in various layers, driven by imbalances in heat and moisture and dragged along by the rotating planet. we acknowledge the idea that a butterfly fluttering in brazil can cause havoc elsewhere . . .etc.
combine this with the varying positions of the earth - which we know to be axially inclined about 23.44 degrees, and which thus gives us seasons and different exposures to all the assorted waves, currents, particles etc. which we understand only dimly in some areas, and not at all in others.
so it may be too early to dismiss wholesale the idea of A influencing B because of where and when s/he was born. but i do think that it might bear investigating when someone is able to use sensitive enough instruments, and able to make a case for research freed from all the mumbo-jumbo.. after all, the same peoples who developed civilizations knew instinctively that certain signs meant certain consequences in weather, season and so on.
as for newspaper "horoscopes": those little meaningless ditties can be used as starting points for reflection on one's life. example: "the most important thing today is that you listen to advice, especially from people who have been there and done it before you." so says my horoscope today. a bromide, yes? equally useful for me to think about not-necessarily-welcome suggestions made by others. perhaps i don't know everything.
Healing psychiatry based on patient's habits and prejudices can be as successful as any other healing methodology. Success is a particular patient dependent. It has nothing to do with a general believe in horoscopes. Just one of the methods that sometimes might turned out to be efficient.
Personally, I do not believe the horoscopes and /or predictions of fortune-tellers. However, there are many people - easily suggestible, who believe in predictions - and this helps them in life.

As a physician, I can say that (besides genes):
- the atmospheric conditions (changes in air pressure, rain, snow, etc.)
- ingested food type (especially seasonal ingredients)
- the lunar cycle
- presence of noise or air pollution
- bacterial and viral count (the rise of some of which may be linked to atmospheric conditions)
- type of clothes worn (esp. the type pressing the chest or the abdomen), etc...
do have an impact both on a pregnant woman and the child growing inside her.
One could reasonably argue that about 30% of the formation of a new individual inside the womb is due to non-genetic, inside and outside factors influencing the pregnancy.
The first experiences (e.g. hot, cold, humidity, amount of light) a child has when born and throughout his/her first months of life are also important.
The birth hour does influence metabolism, as different organ systems have different intensity of activity throughout a 24 - 25h period.
Whether any of these factors can be translated into star signs, I do not know.
By the way, which horoscope system are we talking about - Western, Asian, Egyptian, Norwegian, etc. - there seem to be a great number...
