You may know that the mortality rate of COVID-19 is very low and recently media with its rumors tell us a British variant is more lethal when some scientists rationally reject vaccination. As a scientist, Do you accept vaccination? why? why not?
As the probable side effects are not yet explored, in the present situation I may not accept vaccination.
If the new strain proves to be badly lethal and the benefits of the vaccine seems to outweigh risks, my opinion may change.
In the current situation, I think it as the only method to be protected from the pandemic. Yes, there are side effects and there are still unknown ones. But; I accept vaccination with the responsibility for protecting myself, my family and the people around me.
