Do world have capacity to give jobs for all? atleast two dollars a day to meet basic requirement in developing countries?

I often taken aback on seeing the unemployment statistics around the globe. Do world at an average has capacity to give jobs to all. If yes, at what cost and what would be the parameters to be followed.Can world's unemployment can be addressed on one unified platform. Lets say "world employment exchange". May be in future it would be materialized.
