It is not the question whether a journal is indexed in the databases. But if it is indexed in SCOPUS or ISI, it is good to review. Because some journals are doing the review process for the namesake.

What if the journal is renowned journal in my field but does not listed in the ISI? I've tried to search the status of the journal in the ISI list but I couldn't find it listed there (or perhaps I search in the wrong website).

You can have a look if the journal requesting you for review is listed by Google Scholar.

It is the best way to scan scholar results.
