Do we Diagnose a Problem well.? We talk more about "What should happen" rather than "Why it does not happen"? "What" gives Recommendations? What Should and Should not happen. We all know the "Shoulds". Isn't it..? "Why" gets to the Roots of the problem to show Why it is not happening and where is the blockage? Critical Thinking is all about "Why".
