Thanks Dr. Vincent and Prof. Kawas for your help and reprints. In my study, after ethnol precipitation and sonicstion, i am not getting expected EPS and IPS yield, moreover, after centrifugation, i am getting dark coloured substance, which does not look like polysaccharide.  Thanks once again.
