Both the B16F10 and LLC cells were from ATCC. They had high metastatic capacity in syngenetic C57bl/6 mice when injected intravenously or intrasplenically. However, when I injected equal number of both cells into athymic nude mice, very few metastases were found 12 days later. So does anybody have experience about this issue?
