BRICS - Russia is currently hosting meetings and sessions of BRICS. I am a geophysicist, and I wrote on a Russian website about the possibility of saving lives in BRICS countries, as our laboratory has developed a short-term earthquake prediction method. A moderator deleted my message, apparently because they believe that saving people's lives is unnecessary since "officials at the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS)" are not in favor of it.

These officials have become so brazen that they lied in response to ten requests from the President of Russia. I am a geophysicist, the author of the theory of earthquake genesis and short-term earthquake prediction. I declare that RAS has no right to hide the results of scientists' work. But RAS officials are so arrogant that they are concealing the positive conclusions provided by the former President of IASPEI, Chairman of the expert commission, Corresponding Member of RAS, Professor A.V. Nikolaev. Please note, these officials are hiding the positive conclusions from 2005-2006, provided in response to requests from the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations. (This conclusion: a positive expert opinion on the scientific part of the theory of earthquake genesis). Following this, tests were conducted with the participation of RAS and the Russian Seismological Service (RSES). You can see the positive conclusion of RSES based on the test results (20 accurate predictions out of 20 given over a year and a half). RAS is hiding these conclusions, even though in 2015, RAS RSES successfully accepted the report by Mirmovich-Yagodin.

In 2016, the Deputy Director of the Institute of Physics of the Earth at RAS, Professor E.A. Rogozhin, confirmed the RSES conclusions from 2005-2014. In 2023, A. Yagodin received a letter of gratitude for his report on the theory of earthquake genesis from the President of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences (RAASN) and the Director of the Institute of the Earth's Crust. It is a disgrace when the Academy of Sciences hides positive results and discoveries (see "Earthquake Prediction in the Sphinx Pose" https://www.nkj.ru/news/8148/).

But the tragedy is that this concealment leads to the deaths of tens or even hundreds of thousands of people. You can see not only the positive conclusions from Russia but also from Israel (Geological Institute; Knesset Commission in 2017 and the Israel Earthquake Preparedness Commission in 2019). A positive conclusion was given by a leading expert from the Keylis-Borok group (USA), Professor A. Tauberg. In 2006-2009, positive conclusions were received from the leading expert of the IASPEI coordination group, Strashimir Mavrodiev.

The concealment of this method and the lack of funding led to 50,000 casualties in Turkey and Syria in 2023. What will happen this winter? Will they allow me to work and save lives, or will there be hundreds of thousands of victims in earthquakes or millions of victims from eruptions in Italy, the USA, and elsewhere?

I described the problem at a scientific forum. Seismologists recognize my work. Officials are trying to hide it from the public. Do you want more casualties?

I understand that Russia may not fear earthquakes much, as it has a large population... But how do those living in BRICS, SCO, and NATO countries perceive this attitude of concealing the work and results of a scientist? I am ready to share my knowledge. But is it needed by people?
