Do I need to use the library standard curve to interpret the data of FTIR?

I used FTIR for rice, flour, and starch.

For FTIR results, it is need to refer the bands seen in your spectra to attributed molecular vibrations. You can use proper literature in your field and papers read for literature survey. This link is an example to present FTIR data for CNTs.
