I'm going to prepare PBAT libraries on CFSEdim and CFSEhi cells. I have doubts that CFSEdim and CFSEhi cells might have different DNA amount depending on their cell cycle phase. I couldn't find a clear answer if cell cycle is different for these two cells types. I don't have chance to measure and adjust a concentration since I don't extract DNA but perform bisulfite treatment directly on lysed cells.

Has anyone compared DNA amount between these cells?
