Reaction centers (1 & 2+ Antennas and reductants) are sensible to metabolic feedbacks. You should clarify what happened (chilling, herbicide, nutrition, pH.....) and why you suppose a specific target

Several of the plants that I grew on MS media with vitamins and nanoparticle became completely white or developed white leaves.
Then the damage is located upstream, say before PS and antennae are assembled, on chlorphyll biosynthesis. You should take your treatment in parts,by removing one by one and checking until greening comes back. The molecular reasons casn be viruses, pH, Iron or the interaction of nano with any of them
