I am dealing with polydisperse medium by using Malvern Zetasizer ZS. Is getting the count rate graph necessary for CONTIN analysis? I have come across several python codes in GITHUB where they have written codes according to correlogram data and count rates. If the count rate is necessary then how to extract the data from countmeter from the software Malvern Zetasizer?

- Right-click on the count rate graph and select Export Data from the pop-up menu.

To my knowledge, Contin works only on the correlation function, not the count rate trace. So having a count rate trace will have no influence on the result. In order to export the correlation function and then analysis you may also like SEDFIT if still available...
