Dispersion calculation of PCF using Excel?

I want to calculate dispersion of PCF in Excel. but i am not getting the dispersion values as i get through directly from software. can anyone tell me where i am doing wrong in calculation.

As attached file in sheet1 i have calculated dispersion value according to excel and in sheet 2 actual value of dispersion, there is a mismatch.
