Finding existing support for new ideas that arose in your analysis is always a tricky issue in qualitative research. I personally favor dealing with this in the Discussion section rather than the literature review, because putting those ideas in the literature review raises issues about why you did not include them in your analysis. So, I prefer sticking with the actual timeline of when these ideas occurred in analysis, which is after your original literature review.

Also, it would help if your could say more about design of your "qualitative content analysis," and especially how inductive it was.

In addition to the previous answers to this RG discussion question, another method of including new literature, after you have already presented your literature review and started writing the discussion, would be to insert a footnote or an endnote at the appropriate points in your paper and then add the new information, or citation, or documentation of supporting materials. The advantage of adding new information in footnotes or endnotes, instead of in the body of your work in progress, is that you preserve the integrity of your presentation while maintaining the flow of ideas and smooth development of your hypothesis. This method of incorporating new research by using footnotes or endnotes may demonstrate that you are contributing to an ongoing, lively debate on key issues in your field.
