I have one doubt in digital control of DC-DC converter, There is sequence in control loop like, first is ADC followed by PID with Derivative filter algorithm followed by DPWM . PID with derivative filter is used to filter out the high frequency noise in load signal.
my doubt is when load signal is first converted into digital signal using ADC, noise also gets converted in to digital along with load signal then how the PID with derivative filter will filter out the high frequency noise in load signal. Is the sequence correct?

If your Simulink created using the MATLAB Simulink, you can easily generate the C-code from the MATLAB using (generation code icon). But before to do this you may need to make some interlinks between the MATLAB and your code composer studio (CCS) software. There some video in YouTube for more explanations.

In a power supply you have switching ripple ( at the switching freq) and high frequency noise which is in MHz range. This high freq noise does not really hinder the operation of the feedback loop. Usually you need to you X-caps to filter this noise. As far as PID control is concerned. Derivative will give a fast response to the step load, integral will integrate the error over time and makes sure the response settles down to the desired command value, proportional as its name sounds it just scales up and down.
Kali Nara quick question on the same X cap topic. I have a HV battery pack tied to a DCDC buck conv which has X cap for EMI filtering. Would this X cap affect my dc link voltage discharge rate after my operation is complete?.
