A 60-year old female presented with symmetrical bilateral swelling involving both lower eye lids, area around inner canthi and medial part of both upper eye lids for 10 years. Lesions have been increasing in extent and severity gradually. Lesions are asymptomatic . There is no visual impairment. She is normolipaemic, non-diabetic. What will be the differentials?
