Actually I wanna perform Lc-ms on the liquid extract in two condition which is before and after concentrate the liquid extract. here i used freeze dryer to concentrate the liquid extract to become dried extract. is there any issue if I use different method to prepare sample prior to analyse using lc-ms? before concentrate the sample, I just take 2ml sample from liquid extract and directly read using lc-ms. after concentrate the sample, i weight 1mg dried extract to dissolve in 50% methonal prior to read via lc ms? is there any issue for panel during presentation?
No problems. Just be sure you are using a volatile buffer on the LCMS (not phosphate buffer).

Since you did not give us details of your anlayte, nobody can answer it. All you have to do is doing the experiment. Spike the extract and analyze them to get the concentration, dry it and reconstitute and analyze again. The problem of drying is your compound may stick the container, volatile, or degrade. If you have sensitivity, I would not dry it to make it simple.
