I am trying to respond to you , though very late...
Proteobacteria comprise a big group of bacteria that encompasses an ample variety of pathogens as well as nitrogen fixing bacteria ). Proteobacteria consists of 5 sub-classes namely, Alpha, Beta, Delta, Epsilon, and Gamma. Alphaproteobacteria are generally non-sulfur and aerobic bacteriochlorophyll containing bacteria . Betaproteobacteria are usually chemoheterotrophs and chemoautotrophs . Deltaproteobacteria are morphological diverse and anaerobic sulfur-reducing bacteria . Epsilonproteobacteria are normally found in the digestive system of humans and animals; and are for the most part chemoorganotrophs . Finally, Gammaproteobacteria are represented by facultative anaerobic and fermentative gram-negative properties . The relation of Alphaproteobacteria, Betaproteobacteria and Gammaproteobacteria was highly supported by morphological analysis, while Epsilonproteobacteria and Deltaproteobacteria subclasses were added separately and considered to have diverged earlier than the rest of the subclasses based on the phylogenetic tree of Proteobacteria .
