I am a beginner in Modelling Techniques.I am using LISREL to understand the underlying relationship between two variables. LISREL automatically generates a model. I am unable to understand what this model can be called.

Although model fit estimates are good I am finding it hard to interpret the following equation:

SNSCR = 0.59*SNSC, Errorvar.= 0.65 , R2 = 0.35.

Also, the statistical interpretation that Var2 explains variation of Var1, how it could be translated for a laymen. Kindly advice.
