Yes, old ethno-botany mentioned anti-tumor herbs in many Ayurveda books. For exmple, turmeric is probably the most often mentioned anti-cancer Ayurvedic herb.

yes!

in ayurveda a clinical condition known as arbuda has been depicted which shares similarity with cancer. even the description of metastasis and fatality has also been mentioned.

similarly, treatment protocol have also been mentioned to treat such conditions.
