When catheter is inserted in to the bladder, fibrinogen gets deposited on to catheter surface and that becomes favorable site for bacteria to grow.
I want to understand from where and why (due to which forces or mechanism or reason) this fibrinogen gets deposited on to catheter surface ?
By each microinjury fibrinogen is produced. Maybe this answer is to simple, but inserting a catheter should easily cause microinjuries.
It may be due to trauma during urinary catheter insertion or due to occult haematuria as well as chronic cystitis and prostate cancers
So fibrinogen is coming from blood due to micro injury and not from urine right ? sorry if the question is too simple but my background is physics and not aware about simple things of this area !

Fibrinogen is a blood protein that plays a key role in coagulation. However, its deposition on the catheter surface is also subject to ionic interactions and hydrophobic / hydrophilic forces.
once converted to fibrin, fibrinogen becomes insoluble in blood plasma, which generates other forces with the surface of catheters (designed of different materials) followed by deposit.
