Dialysis tubing can become clogged or fouled. It is also delicate and can break. I would not recommend reusing it.

Hi Manoj Kumar

Yes of course, you can reusing dialysis membrane for same protein sample by activation (with acetic acid ,EDTA ,hot water .....) but not more than 3 time.
