Determining HLB value of a drug?

I am trying to solubilize a drug. Can I determine its HLB value from its Log and Polar surface area?

Log P 3.0; Log D ph 5.5 2.25; Polarizability: 54.3

As I think, high log P indicates more hydrophobic nature which means lower HLB values. Please update me with your findings as I am doing a research on same topic now. thank you
