Dear Elaheh you have not mentioned the environmental condition but most probably it is cold Injury symptoms, generally occurs in initial crop growth stage. If Soil temperature remain less than ten degree centigrade it becomes difficult for the roots to absorb nutrients from the soil and if it continues for long time it may cause shrinkage in leaf as well as the top portion of leaf becomes yellowish and gradually it may come down through leaf lamina. Spraying of Zinc (in chelated form) @ 0.5 gm / lit of water may be helpful.
I shall remain obliged if you inform the environmental condition, intensity as well as stage of crop when the problem occurs, salinity of soil and soil pH.
