I have a potentiostat and a fluorescence spectrometer and I want to conduct a general fluorescence spectroelectrochemical cell experiment with a working electrode, counter and reference electrode in order to analyze the current and fluorescence responses simultaneously, however, when I search online, there aren't many literature papers that provide a detailed general set up of its integration.

The experiment will depend on whether the electrode is exposed or is part of a battery. In the first case, I would suggest using a fluorescence probe (there are spectrophotometers that have probes for this type of measurement). In the second case, I don't see any possibility, unless after taking the measurements on the potentiostat, you disassemble the battery and analyze the electrode for fluorescence.
