I think you can use mica surface rather than glass..

Actually i need good adhesion............so let me know in which substrate i can get this.

I think, you can try with substrate treatment before the thin film deposition such as hydrophobic treatment or chemical treatment of substrates , otherwise you can use some cross linking agent with polyaniline otherwise etching treatment of glass substrate with acids but the acid treatment leads to affect the smoothness of substrate surface

Use glass substrate after cleaning. in case of spin coating and dip coating, glass subtrastrate works well. it is cheaper also.

u try glass substrate as well as silicon substrate or otherwise u use Fto substrate it is very helpful. for dip coating u just compare the two substrate it is very helpful to write the paper also

Quartz will be better for spectroscopical characterization.

Better to modify the glass substrate with silane coupling agent. Then coat with polyaniline.
