Prior to this questionnaire, previous research survey was carried out (by author) to investigate the business related risks of vendor lock-in affecting the adoption of cloud services by organisations. As a result of the initial research study, a framework to avoid vendor lock-in when migrating/adopting cloud based services has been developed. Therefore, the ultimate goal of this questionnaire is to seek IT experts and cloud practitioners’ views on the suitability of the proposed framework to guide and support enterprise decisions for avoiding vendor lock-in risks.
