To find the Decile of a journal in Scimago, select the category the journal appears in that has the longest history of high rankings.

You select the category where the journal in question has the highest ranking.
Then you change the type of publications listed to just journals as Scimago includes some conference proceedings and book series as well.
Check how many journals are listed in that category.
Then divide the ranking of the journal by the number of journals in the category. If the figure that you get is between 0 and 0.1 the journal would be in the First Decile (highly ranked), between 0.1 and 0.2 Second Decile, and so on.
