Please see the attached reference which gives easy to follow information about determining the viscosity average molecular weight of a polymer.

There are "older" references which give more information but they are not available with me now.

Determining viscosity very much depend on the instrument you have at the institution.  

Please describe what you have and then it is easier to Taylor a method for it

We have Ostwald Viscometer which is using for undergraduate level. We are giving few liquids whose density is known where as my case density is not known. Plz suggest me.

I only saw your reply to my answer now. To find the K & a values in Mark-Houwink equation , please follow the procedure given in the attached file. This means more work but it is worthy & you may get good results. Wishing you success in your research project.
