Also, due to globalization and the emergence of networked-based organization systems, the workplace is getting more and more diversified. How can the leader manage this highly diversified workforce. Added to this is the rise of what we call "Gig Economy" where workers are hired on a part-time basis. How would this affect maintenance of organizational culture and the values of the organization? Just some thoughts.
The ongoing technological progress, globalization processes, new trends in social changes, new forms of business organization, changes in the structure of production factors, changes in the sector and branch structure of the economy, new economic and other crises, social, cultural and political factors affect the functioning of companies and enterprises , inspire changes undertaken and implemented in economic entities, financial and public institutions. During the aforementioned changes taking place in the sphere of business and the functioning of economic entities, certain organizational behaviors (OB) of companies and enterprises may also change. These types of processes are usually long-term in nature, which is noticeable in the perspective of many years. Research on changes in organizational behavior (OB) of economic entities can be carried out in a microeconomic perspective (on the example of specific companies, enterprises, financial and / or public institutions cooperating with each other) on the mesoeconomic approach (sector-industry approach to the economy, specificity of the functioning of a specific type of entity economic) and against the background of the macroeconomic approach (macroeconomic approach, globalization, economic crises, technological progress, etc.). This type of research could also include an additional factor that grows in importance and that also grows and affects many aspects of economic activity over the long term. This factor, and in fact a set of factors related to each other, is the progressing process of global warming, pro-climate policy leading to the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere, reduction of the level of pollutants introduced into the natural environment, limiting the scale of the developing climate crisis, conducting business activities in accordance with the principles of pro-environmental policy, implementation of the goals of sustainable development, pro-environmental responsibility of business, adding to the company's mission and strategy the issue of sustainable development, etc. Therefore, I propose the following research topic in the field of organizational behavior (OB): Analysis and characterization of key impact factors and determinants inspiring economic entities to carry out specific changes in terms of organizational behavior (OB) in recent years and in perspective, i.e. diagnosing the key trends of these changes that will be implemented in the next years.
