why i am getting smear in SOD isozyme pattern in one or two crop leaf sample but at the same time and in same get other crop give clear band of SOD isozymes
attaching here the SOD isozyme gel first and third crops show smear while in between bands are there?
Are those three bands the same sample? if not, you can chose to reduce the concentration of your protein samples and/or centrifugate your samples in high speed (~12000 rpm) for 10 mins before pippeting your sample into the gel. If so, you'd better repeat again.
@ Qin Kankan Thanks for your reply. those three bands are from different crop sample, but in two crops i am getting smear not bands...i already did centrifuge @ 12000 rpm for 20 min and also used 7-12 % gels. even than the same pattern is comming..
