It is a yeast so it is preferable to use Sabourad medium. I carried out a large number of anti-fungograms on the Sabourad medium and I obtained very good results. Use a medium to which you have standard. Merely generating a zone of inhibition shows a phenomenon that is a useless exercise unless one can compare it to a standard that brings clinical or applied relevance.
