The review I would like to perform should be focussed on the studies that have been developed over the past two/three decades and have regarded assessment of the environmental issues associated with food packaging systems. The study should be aimed at highlighting both similarities and differences and, also, trends in the use of materials as well as of packaging and preservation technologies.
Do you think this could be of general interest for world-wide scientific audience?! And, more important, are you interested in participating to study development?! Three authors maximum can be taken into consideration. Not more, unfortunately!!! :-( :-( :-(
The paper should be submitted at the end of this year so as to be published in 2015. Furthermore, an evaluable journal could be "Trends in Food Science and Technology" which is edited by ELSEVIER and the impact factor is 4.651 which is great, I think! Do you have any alternative?! Since I was I child, I have always been told that in life (both private and professional) is always important to aim for the maximum possible! Let's try! Keep up the good work!!!
